Galvanising and Blue Passivation with and without Sealing Cr(VI)-Free
During galvanising and blue passivation, the workpieces are placed in a solution with various additives. Through the current, a very thin electroplated layer forms. The metallic character of the surface is completely retained.

Layer thickness: about 8 – 12 µm (Fe/Zn 8 – 12 µm B)
Workable materials: Steel

Galvanising and Yellow Passivation with and without Sealing Cr(VI)-Containing
During galvanising and yellow passivation, the workpieces are placed in a solution with various additives. Through the current, a very thin electroplated layer forms. This cost-efficient procedure results in excellent corrosion protection.

Layer thickness: about 8 – 12 µm (Fe/Zn 8 – 12 µm C)
Workable materials: Steel
Maximum dimensions of parts: L/W/H 2700/600/1250 mm

Galvanising with a Zinc-Iron Alloy and Black Passivation with and without Sealing Cr(VI)-Free
During galvanising with a zinc and iron alloy, the workpieces are placed in a solution with various additives. Through the current, a very thin electroplated layer forms. The metallic character of the surface is partially retained.

Layer thickness: about 8 – 12 µm (Fe/FeZn 8 – 12 µm black)
Workable materials: Steel

Galvanising and Thick-Film Passivation with and without Sealing Cr(VI)-Free
During galvanising with a thick-film passivation, the workpieces are placed in a solution with various additives. Through the current, a very thin electroplated layer forms.  The metallic character of the surface is partially retained.

Layer thickness: about 8 – 12 µm (Fe/Zn 8 – 12 µm thick-film)
Workable materials: Steel
